parenting isn't just about the endless to-do list and managing behaviours, but an invitation to become more fully yourself alongside your child

When we shift from managing behaviour to cultivating relationship, with ourselves and our child, everything transforms.

I support conscious parents, especially those raising neurodivergent children, to reconnect with their inner knowing, lead from authenticity, remember what lights them up, and create homes grounded in respect, collaboration, and emotional safety.

Your journey starts here

'Parenting is a path of becoming.
When you heal and grow, everything shifts'

- Lisa Filkin

MEET THE FOUNDER & Coach

Welcome, I'm Lisa

Social worker, coach and neurodivergent mum to three unschooled neurodivergent teens.

I’ve walked an intense parenting journey that pushed me beyond my limits.
I know what it’s like to feel isolated, confused, unsure how to keep going or who I was anymore.

My approach blends:
• trauma-informed practice
• nervous-system awareness
• identity + self-leadership work using the Woman-Centred Coaching Framework
• parenting through authenticity and alignment... you are here to reconnect with yourself and become who you're meant to be.

This is a space where:
you are seen,
and you are guided to become more YOU than you've ever allowed yourself to be.

This space is for you if you’re a parent who:

Has tried 'everything', yet nothing is changing

Yearns for something more than what you're currently living

Wants a more peaceful, connected relationship with your child

Knows your child isn’t “broken” — and neither are you

Wants support that honours your values, instincts, and humanity

If this resonates, I invite you to step inside a neurodivergent affirming, trauma informed space, where you get to meet yourself honestly, bravely and with support and guidance — even while life feels messy.

PARENTING IS YOUR INVITATION TO BECOME ALL YOU CAME HERE TO BE✶

↓ MY GIFT TO YOU

The 'Returning to You' Gentle Reset

The 'Returning to You' Gentle Reset

A way back to the woman inside you who has been waiting, quietly, beneath survival mode and daily over-functioning

for the mother stuck in over-responsibility...

doing everything for everyone, Except Herself

This Gentle Reset is not a magical 'cure' or a fix... its a slow set of micro practices to help you connect with yourself and create a little regulation when life feels like ALOT .

It can help you to create:

  • More capacity

  • More inner steadiness

  • More choice

  • More self compassion and gentleness towards YOURSELF

  • Less reactivity

  • Less depletion

  • A slow return of yourself

And from that place — you feel a little more like YOU.

You parent differently.
You lead your home differently.
You relate to your child differently.
You begin to feel alive again.
