Social worker, Woman-Centred Coach, and neurodivergent mum to three unschooled neurodivergent teens
I’ve walked an intense parenting journey that pushed me beyond my limits —
and in that process, into myself.
I know what it’s like to feel isolated, confused, and unsure how to keep going…
and to realise that the life you were living no longer fits who you are becoming.
My work is for women standing at that edge.
My approach blends:
• trauma-informed practice
• nervous-system awareness
• identity and self-leadership through the Woman-Centred Coaching Framework
• parenting through authenticity, alignment, and deep inner truth —
because this journey is not about fixing your child…
it is about remembering who you are here to be.
This is a space where you are deeply seen,
gently supported,
and guided to become more YOU than you’ve ever allowed yourself to be.
This Space Is For You If…
This private coaching space is for mothers - especially those parenting neurodivergent and PDA children - who have already done the research, tried the strategies, and are now sensing something deeper:
Ready to look inward with honesty and compassion
Willing to take responsibility for your inner world and nervous system
Longing to feel more alive, authentic, and grounded in yourself
Curious about the beliefs, patterns, and conditioning you are ready to outgrow
Seeking expansion and leadership — not just survival
Committed to becoming the woman your life (and your child) is asking you to be
• Currently in crisis and in need of immediate stabilisation or acute support
• Looking for quick fixes or behaviour management techniques
• Wanting someone to tell you what to do with your child
• Not ready to examine your own patterns, beliefs, and emotional world
• Expecting your child to change without being willing to change yourself
* And this is said with deep respect and care —
because the right support at the wrong time is still the wrong support.

A 12-week private journey for mothers ready to return to themselves and guide their families from grounded presence, nervous-system safety, and inner authority.
For conscious mothers — especially those raising neurodivergent and PDA children — who have done the research, tried the strategies, and now know the deeper shift begins within.
Through deeply personalised, woman-centred coaching, you will move from survival and disconnection into self-leadership, clarity, and embodied authenticity — creating lasting change for you and your family.

The 'Returning to You' Gentle Reset

A gentle return to the woman within you — the one who is ready to live, guide, and love from her truest self.
For the mother who has been holding everything — and is ready to come back to herself.
This Gentle Reset isn’t about fixing yourself —
it’s a gentle return to your own inner steadiness, clarity, and capacity.
Through simple, nourishing micro-practices, you’ll begin to reconnect with yourself and restore a sense of regulation and presence — even when life feels full.
Over time, this creates:
More capacity
More inner steadiness
More choice
More self compassion and gentleness towards YOURSELF
Less reactivity
Less depletion
A slow, embodied return to yourself
And from that place — you begin to feel more like yourself again.
You parent with more presence and trust.
You lead your home from grounded inner authority.
You relate to your child with greater connection and ease.
And slowly, quietly, you begin to feel alive again.
